People in Canada are highly using the Ei / Employment Insurance. If you have used this in past and you wish to receive it again, you need to re enable your account and proceed. Let us see how to do that.

How to reactivate EI claim

  1. Go to Service Canada website.
  2. Click on “Apply for Employment Insurance Benefits”.
  3. Follow the on screen instructions to submit the new claim request.
  4. As soon as you submit the new request, your EI account will be reactivated.
  5. That is it.
